I think this was originally published in '86, and then reprinted in '93. This is sort of a digest-style zine dealing with comics, and this particular issue focuses almost entirely on EC Publications, publisher of Mad mag and a bunch of the best comics from the '50s. Includes an interesting section where other artists talk about how ECs influenced them, including comments from cool cats Rick Griffin and Robert Williams.
